• 1st preliminary meet and greet session.

• Oversee any set up of the area, and to be there as the florist, musicians, photographers, videographers arrive.
  

• Pin Boutonieres and corsages.
  

• Be There To answer any last minute questions.
  

• Oversee the flow of the ceremony
  

• Make sure everyone involved in the wedding knows their cues.
  

• Keep wedding party on schedule.
  

• Assist during the photo session as needed.
  

• Stay onsite for the full ceremony as needed.
  

• Collect all wedding paraphernalia, decorations and flowers used in the ceremony and see that the designated person is given all items.
