LaVoria Buckley, founder and owner of Moments & Memories by LaVoria, believes that by forming a close relationship with the bride and groom she is able to understand their taste, style and vision for their special day. Her focus is to design an event that will reflect the couple’s unique personality. She specializes in ethnic,

multi-cultural, and inter-racial events.

Mrs. Buckley is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants and The Wedding Professionals of Central Florida

A native of New Mexico, LaVoria moved to Orlando, Florida in 1993 to work as a corporate instructor. She became a “road warrior” and traveled nationally and abroad teaching seminars, attending tradeshows and planning corporate events. It was during this time that she realized her talent for planning and organizing and her interest in diverse cultures.

LaVoria also holds a bachelors degree in theatre with emphasis in acting and costume design. Her experience in both theatre and the corporate world put her in a unique position to plan and execute events where many parties from diverse backgrounds are involved. Her first foray into social event planning was a 300 guest family reunion weekend in Wichita, Kansas another in Denver, Colorado and then her own wedding.

In 2003 after completing course work through the Professional Career Development Institute School of Bridal Consulting and working in the Association of Bridal Consultants Novice program, LaVoria opened Moments & Memories by LaVoria.
