Wedding Day Coordination Duties:

Early arrival to ensure that set-up is correct

Receive deliveries and greet vendors on wedding day

Cue musicians for ceremony

Line up and cue the wedding party when it is time to walk down the aisle

Make sure your wedding dress and train are perfect and send you on your way

Rescue the crying flower girl during the ceremony

Gather family members/wedding party for photographs

Make sure all finishing touches are complete

Ensure proper placement of guest seating place cards, wedding favors, wedding programs, exit petals/rice, etc

Cue service for reception

Answer guests questions and concerns regarding the day

Assist the DJ or MC and guide the guests throughout the day

Assist with any dietary needs or special meal requests

Supervise and communicate with the catering staff

Come to the rescue with a damp cloth after the cake cutting

Be available and alert to take care of any expected occurrences

Keep track of specialty items and then pack up everything

Distribute gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf

Personally pack the cars with gifts

Personally assist Bride and Groom throughout the Day
